PDO Threads: PDO threads are sutures that have been used for years in surgeries. They can be used to lift different parts of the face and body. They also promote collagen production. Think of a nonsurgical facelift, neck lift, eye lift, etc. This is a minimally invasive procedure. The area will be numbed with lidocaine which takes about an hour. The threads will dissolve over about 6 weeks but hold their lifting capacity for 12-18 months.
As a testament to my commitment to ongoing education, I will soon be attending the Aesthetic Next conference in Dallas to expand my knowledge and bring new services to the Asheville area.
